Napa First United Methodist Church
Greetings!

Thank you for showing an interest in First United Methodist Church of Napa. Whether you are new in our community or just now getting to know us, I hope that you will feel welcome at worship and our other activities. We are a part of the Body of Christ in the world today, the church universal. The Christian faith is alive and well at First UMC, Napa. We sing our faith, study the Scriptures and play together. We are challenged to find exciting and unique ways to grow in the faith, for persons of all ages and at every stage of faith development. If we do not have the sort of program you need or want, let us know and we will see what can be done!

The ministers of this church are the members who take their faith with them to the job, to school, in the neighborhood and in the marketplace. Our church staff enables ministry by coordinating and facilitating programs of mission and ministry here and abroad. We welcome all persons to our fellowship and see ourselves to be in the process of reconciliation with any who feel disenfranchised. The church is here to inspire, to give direction and opportunity of how to put our faith into action.

We are available for consultation and visits regarding issues of faith, as well as personal or family crises. Our connectional system with United Methodist churches world-wide, makes additional resources and services available to all in our church.

Our prayer is that Christians will be inspired by the Holy Spirit to live out the teachings of the faith and transform the world through love, peace and Joy.

Shalom,

Doug Monroe, Pastor
Roger Kimble III, Pastor
