Meetings: Every other month

Tasks and Goals: The purpose of the committee is to try to keep track of all church members and constituents via their church attendance, and if they are home-bound or partially home-bound whether they need phone calls or visits. They check the red sign in books and track those who miss three or four services to avoid having anyone "fall through the cracks." Committee members are given lists to call and the information and lists are exchanged at the next meeting. The committee coordinates with the pastors, the Health and Welfare Committee and the Parish Visitor
